Cancellations:

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if an appointment needs to be rescheduled or cannot be kept. Without proper notification, cancellations and missed appointments may be charged in full.

Late arrivals for spa services will not receive an extension and will be responsible for the entire service fee. Depending on the service and the availability of the staff, if a customer is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled appointment - and there is not a reasonable expectation of finishing on time - the appointment will have to be rescheduled.
